Agreement to Terms

By using the services of PoolMode Norwalk Pool Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

PoolMode Norwalk Pool Service provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related services in Norwalk, CA and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

All service descriptions, schedules, and pricing information are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes that affect your service agreement.

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

You can schedule services by calling us at (562) 307-9510 or submitting a request through our website. We will confirm all appointments within one business day.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment may be arranged on a monthly billing cycle.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. If your account becomes past due, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

Access to Property

By scheduling our services, you grant PoolMode Norwalk Pool Service permission to access your property and pool area on scheduled service days. You are responsible for ensuring our technicians have safe and clear access to your pool and equipment.

We are not responsible for damage to your property caused by hazards you failed to disclose or that were not reasonably visible during our initial inspection.

Limitation of Liability

PoolMode Norwalk Pool Service carries liability insurance for your protection. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures due to age or improper maintenance, or damage caused by third parties or acts of nature.

Warranty and Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control or services not performed by us.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to maintain your pool equipment in reasonable working condition and to promptly notify us of any known issues that may affect service. You are responsible for maintaining proper water levels and ensuring electrical connections are safe.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
